AmaranthCX's Paul Miller was concerned about the exclusionary language in the early regulatory documents published by Pick n Pay relating to the Boxer listing. So he had a full go in this opinion piece.
In the end Boxer and its advisors allocated a generous slice of the private placing to direct investors, at least to those who were already clients of legacy stockbroking firms or existing clients of new generation FSPs like Easy Equities. Paul Miller was not alone in his criticism, but says he will still take it as a win.
